The concerned Custom Office shall release, without any security, snapping equipment brought by foreign producer by maintaining record in the register in a condition to return it back. Provided that, If a foreign producer brings snapping equipment through Travels, Trekking or Rafting etc. agency having a license pursuant to prevailing law, the concerned Custom Office shall release such snapping equipment without security on the responsibility of such agency by maintaining record in the register in a condition to return it back
